Fromat Series

The FROMAT series consists of guillotine cutters designed to slide blocks using gravity towards vertically driven knives. These machines employ a powerful hydraulic system to drive the blades, allowing for gentle cutting of various block shapes and sizes, even at low temperatures. They are particularly suitable for pre-cutting frozen blocks for further processing in bowl-cutters or grinders. The clean cutting result minimizes water condensation on the product's surface, making them ideal for producing raw sausages like salamis. The range includes different knife-head options to meet the diverse cutting requirements of customers. FROMAT machines are robust and available for butcher shops and industrial productions, with hourly capacities ranging from 800 kg (1,750 US-lbs.) to a maximum of 7,000 kg (15,400 US-lbs.).

Starcutter Series

The STARCUTTER is a frozen block cutter featuring a rotating cutting drum known for its continuous high cutting performance and maintaining a high-quality cut, even at very low temperatures. This is achieved through several key features, including the special u-shaped knife technology, cutting-drum geometry, integrated block hold-down device, and block feeding system that applies consistent pressure on the material. The STARCUTTER series offers the most extensive range of rotation-block cutters globally, with hourly throughputs ranging from 1,000 kg to 8,000 kg. These machines are designed to meet various capacity requirements, accommodate different block sizes, provide versatile knife variations, and offer options for integration into production lines.

UNICUT

UNICUT stands for UNI-form CUT-ting, representing the world's most versatile and precise frozen block guillotines. These machines combine a precise guillotine cut with a feeding and down-holding device for frozen blocks. The uniqueness of UNICUT lies in the continuous pushing of the product against the cutting tools while simultaneously stabilizing and holding down the block. This ensures a uniform cutting result. UNICUT machines are particularly useful for materials that do not slide easily on stainless steel surfaces, such as sweets or dairy products. The feeding ram and down-holder system make a significant difference in achieving optimal cutting performance. UNICUT models are available with options for belt feeding or a pneumatic block pusher and down-holder.

DICECUT Series

The DICECUT® series of frozen meat dicers are known for their precise cutting of frozen products into exact cubes and strips. These machines eliminate the need for long-term tempering of frozen meat blocks, resulting in savings in drip loss of product juice (2-6%), reduced energy costs for re-freezing, and significant time savings in the overall process. Additionally, the microbiological growth is greatly reduced. The DICECUT® models can accommodate commonly used EURO- or US-blocks without the requirement for pre-cutting or product deformation. These dicing machines can be operated by a single person or integrated into fully automatic lines, including product in-feed and packaging for the cut product. The DICECUT® GWS models are two-dimensionally punch-blade dicers designed to reduce pre-cut frozen blocks, usually from MAGURIT STARCUTTER or MAGURIT PRECUT frozen block-cutters. The resulting piece size is ideal for the production of wet pet food in various packaging formats, where the cut pieces remain visible in the final product after sterilization.

DRUMCUT series

The DRUMCUT series of machines is specifically designed for processing raw materials that are frozen in barrels. Many fruit processing plants rely on frozen barrels to source raw materials, particularly for tropical fruits, enabling them to produce juices and jams even during the winter season. To facilitate the processing of these frozen drum contents, weighing up to 250 kg, the DRUMCUT series is offered. However, the cutting machine itself is typically just one component of a larger installation. It is often integrated into fully automatic production lines, complemented by roller conveyors for barrel supply and removal, lifting and tilting devices for the barrels, a bag-wringing machine for polybag remains, and pump systems for the removal of the cut goods. The DRUMCUT machines incorporate well-known knife technology developed for other frozen block cutters, allowing them to effectively handle frozen direct juices as well. DRUMCUT systems are tailored to the specific requirements of individual customers, with various customization options available.
